This Privacy Policy explains what personal data aishortsvideo.com ("we", "us") collects, how we use it, and your rights. By using the service you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

Account information

• Email address (received from Google through Cloudflare Access during sign-in).
• Display name and profile picture from your Google account.
• Plan tier (Free, Starter, Pro, Agency) and monthly usage counters.

YouTube data

• YouTube channel ID and channel name (read once, after you click "Connect YouTube").
• OAuth refresh token, encrypted at rest using authenticated symmetric encryption.
• Metadata of videos that you generate and choose to upload through the service.

Generated content

• Topics, scripts, voiceovers, images, music tracks, captions and final video files produced by the AI pipeline at your request.
• Job logs (status, timing, model used) for the videos you create.

Technical data

• IP address, user agent and timestamps for security and abuse prevention.
• Cookies and local storage strictly necessary to keep you signed in (Cloudflare Access session cookie) and to remember your language and theme preferences.

2. How we use your YouTube data

We request the following Google API scopes:

• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.upload — to upload the videos you generate to your YouTube channel.
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.force-ssl — to make secure YouTube Data API calls on your behalf, e.g. to confirm channel ownership, set the title, description, thumbnail, privacy status and category of videos you publish through us.

aishortsvideo.com's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. In particular:

• We use your YouTube data only to provide and improve the user-facing features of this service (uploading and configuring the videos you ask us to publish).
• We do not use your YouTube data to serve advertising.
• We do not sell, rent, lease or transfer your YouTube data to data brokers, information resellers or any other party for unrelated purposes.
• We do not allow humans to read your YouTube data, except (i) with your explicit consent for a specific support request, (ii) when required to comply with applicable law, or (iii) for security and abuse investigation in aggregated and anonymised form.

3. Third-party processors

• Cloudflare — authentication (Cloudflare Access with Google as identity provider), DNS, edge hosting.
• Google — OAuth, YouTube Data API, Gemini API for script and metadata generation, Imagen for image generation.
• Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) — transactional email delivery (verification and account emails).
• Pexels — stock photo and stock video search via the Pexels API. Required attribution to the photographer and to Pexels is added automatically to the YouTube video description.
• ElevenLabs, Kokoro, XTTS — optional text-to-speech providers for voiceover.

We share with each processor only the data necessary for the function it performs.

4. Cookies and local storage

We use only the cookies and storage entries strictly required to operate the service:

• CF_Authorization — Cloudflare Access session cookie that proves you are signed in.
• app-lang, app-theme, landing_lang — local storage entries that remember your language and theme.

We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.

5. Data retention

• Account data is kept while your account exists and for up to 30 days after deletion to honour audit and abuse-investigation needs.
• YouTube refresh tokens are kept until you click "Disconnect YouTube" or delete your account, or until the token is revoked.
• Generated videos and assets are kept until you delete them, or up to 90 days after the last access on Free plans.
• Server access logs are kept for up to 30 days.

6. Your rights

You may at any time:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Export your generated content.
• Revoke YouTube access through your Google account at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

To exercise any of these rights, contact [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.

7. Children

The service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us so we can remove it.

8. International transfers

Our processors operate globally. By using the service you consent to the transfer of your data to countries outside your residence, including the United States, where the data may be processed under different privacy frameworks. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.

9. Security

We encrypt OAuth refresh tokens at rest with authenticated symmetric encryption. Transport is HTTPS only. Access to production data is limited to the operator on a need-to-know basis. Despite our best efforts, no service can guarantee absolute security; report suspected vulnerabilities to [email protected].

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Effective date" at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated by email and posted on this page.

2. YouTube verilerinizi nasil kullaniriz

Asagidaki Google API izinlerini talep ederiz:

4. Cerezler ve yerel depolama

Yalnizca hizmeti calistirmak icin kesinlikle gereken cerezleri ve depolama girdilerini kullaniriz:

• CF_Authorization — oturum acik oldugunuzu kanitlayan Cloudflare Access oturum cerezi.
• app-lang, app-theme, landing_lang — dilinizi ve temayi hatirlayan yerel depolama girdileri.

5. Veri saklama

• Hesap verileri, hesabiniz var oldugu surece ve denetim ile kotuye kullanim arastirmasi ihtiyaclarini karsilamak icin silinmesinden sonra 30 gune kadar saklanir.
• YouTube refresh token'lar, "Disconnect YouTube" tiklayana ya da hesabinizi silene kadar veya token iptal edilene kadar saklanir.
• Uretilen videolar ve varliklar siz silene kadar veya Free planda son erisimden 90 gune kadar saklanir.
• Sunucu erisim loglari 30 gune kadar saklanir.

6. Haklariniz

Istediginiz zaman:

• Sizinle ilgili tuttugumuz kisisel verilere erisebilirsiniz.
• Yanlis verilerin duzeltilmesini talep edebilirsiniz.

8. Uluslararasi aktarimlar

Isleyicilerimiz kuresel olarak faaliyet gosterir. Hizmeti kullanarak verilerinizin Amerika Birlesik Devletleri dahil ikamet ettiginiz ulkenin disindaki ulkelere aktarilmasini ve farkli gizlilik cercevelerinde islenmesini kabul edersiniz. Uygun oldugunda Standart Sozlesme Hukumlerine dayaniriz.

9. Guvenlik

OAuth refresh token'larini kimlik dogrulamali simetrik sifrelemeyle saklariz. Tasima yalnizca HTTPS uzerindendir. Production verisine erisim, bilmesi gerekenler temelinde operatorle sinirlidir. Tum cabalarimiza ragmen hicbir hizmet mutlak guvenlik garanti edemez; supheli aciklari [email protected] adresine bildirin.

10. Bu politikadaki degisiklikler

Bu politikayi zaman zaman guncelleyebiliriz. Ustteki "Yururluk tarihi" en son revizyonu yansitir. Onemli degisiklikler email ile iletilir ve bu sayfada yayinlanir.
