Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of aishortsvideo.com ("the Service", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.
2. Account
You authenticate through Cloudflare Access using a Google account and confirm your email address through a verification link before the Service activates. You are responsible for maintaining the security of the Google account you use to sign in. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Subscription tiers
The Service is offered in four plans. Quotas reset on the first day of each calendar month (UTC).

4. Billing, cancellation and refunds
- Paid plans are billed monthly in advance.
- You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then.
- We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial months.
- If we materially change the Service in a way that reduces what you paid for, you may request a refund for the unused portion of the current period.
- We may change pricing with at least 14 days' notice; the new price applies to the next billing cycle.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to:
- Generate or publish content that infringes copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights of others.
- Generate or publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, threatens or incites violence, or sexualises minors.
- Generate deepfakes of real people without their consent, or content designed to deceive viewers about the identity of a real person.
- Generate medical, legal or financial advice presented as authoritative without appropriate disclaimers.
- Bypass quota limits, share account credentials, or resell access to the Service.
- Attack the Service or other users (rate-limit abuse, scraping, vulnerability exploitation, malware).
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without refund.
6. AI-generated content
The Service generates scripts, voiceovers, images and videos using third-party AI models. AI output may contain inaccuracies, biases or unintended similarities to existing works. You are the publisher of any video you upload to YouTube through the Service and are solely responsible for:
- Reviewing the generated content before publishing.
- Adding any disclosures required by YouTube or local law (including YouTube's altered/synthetic content disclosure where applicable).
- Adding required attribution for stock media (Pexels attribution is added to descriptions automatically; you must keep it intact).
- Complying with all applicable laws in the jurisdictions where the video is available.
7. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of content you generate through the Service. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, transmit, modify and process your content solely as needed to provide the Service (for example: to render the video, upload it to YouTube, deliver it back to you). This licence ends when you delete the content from the Service.
The Service itself, including the software, prompts and visual identity, is owned by us. You receive no licence to copy, redistribute or reverse-engineer the Service except as permitted by these Terms.
8. Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party providers (Google, Cloudflare, Pexels, Brevo, ElevenLabs and others). Their availability, pricing and terms may change. We are not responsible for outages or changes in third-party services. By using the Service you also agree to comply with the applicable terms of these providers (notably YouTube's Terms of Service and Google API Services User Data Policy).
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will be accurate, original or fit for any specific purpose.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 50. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or business interruption.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify us against any third-party claim, loss, liability or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service in breach of these Terms or applicable law, or from content you publish through the Service.
12. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend accounts for breach of these Terms, prolonged inactivity, or if continuing the Service for you becomes unlawful or commercially unreasonable. Upon termination your right to use the Service ends immediately; provisions that by their nature should survive (IP, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, governing law) will survive.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The "Effective date" at the top reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be notified by email and posted on this page at least 14 days before they take effect (except where a shorter period is required by law).
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and execution offices of Istanbul Caglayan, Turkey, except where mandatory local consumer-protection law grants you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.

Bu Hizmet Sartlari ("Sartlar"), aishortsvideo.com'a ("Hizmet", "biz") erisiminizi ve kullaniminizi duzenler. Hesap olusturarak veya Hizmeti kullanarak bu Sartlari kabul etmis olursunuz.
1. Uygunluk
Hizmeti kullanmak icin en az 18 yasinda (veya bulundugunuz ulkedeki resit yasinda) olmaniz gerekir. Hizmeti kullanarak bu sarti karsiladiginizi beyan edersiniz.
2. Hesap
Cloudflare Access uzerinden bir Google hesabiyla kimlik dogrularsiniz ve Hizmet aktiflesmeden once email adresinizi bir dogrulama linki ile teyit edersiniz. Giris icin kullandiginiz Google hesabinin guvenliginden sorumlusunuz. Yetkisiz erisimden suphelendiginizde derhal [email protected] adresine bildirin.
3. Abonelik planlari
Hizmet dort planda sunulur. Kotalar her takvim ayinin ilk gunu (UTC) sifirlanir.

4. Faturalama, iptal ve iadeler
- Ucretli planlar ayda bir, pesin olarak faturalandirilir.
- Istediginiz zaman iptal edebilirsiniz. Iptal mevcut faturalama doneminin sonunda gecerli olur; o zamana kadar erisim devam eder.
- Kismi aylar icin oranli iade vermiyoruz.
- Hizmet, odediginiz seyi azaltacak sekilde maddi olarak degistirilirse, mevcut donemin kullanilmayan kismi icin iade talep edebilirsiniz.
- Fiyatlandirmayi en az 14 gun onceden bildirimle degistirebiliriz; yeni fiyat bir sonraki faturalama dongusunde uygulanir.
5. Kabul edilebilir kullanim
Hizmeti su amaclarla kullanamazsiniz:
- Baskalarinin telif hakki, ticari marka veya diger fikri mulkiyet haklarini ihlal eden icerik uretmek veya yayinlamak.
- Yasa disi, hakaret iceren, taciz, nefret iceren, siddete tehdit eden veya tahrik eden ya da kucukleri cinselllestiren icerik uretmek veya yayinlamak.
- Onlarin acik onayi olmadan gercek kisilerin deepfake'lerini veya gercek bir kisinin kimligi konusunda izleyicileri yaniltmak icin tasarlanmis icerik uretmek.
- Tibbi, hukuki veya finansal tavsiyeyi uygun feragatler olmaksizin yetkili gibi sunmak.
- Kota limitlerini asmak, hesap bilgilerini paylasmak veya Hizmete erisimi yeniden satmak.
- Hizmete veya diger kullanicilara saldirmak (rate-limit istismari, scraping, zafiyet sömurusu, kotu amacli yazilim).
Bu kurallari ihlal eden hesaplari iadesiz olarak askiya alabilir veya feshedebiliriz.
6. AI tarafindan uretilen icerik
Hizmet, ucuncu taraf AI modellerini kullanarak senaryolar, seslendirmeler, gorseller ve videolar uretir. AI ciktilari yanlislikar, onyargilar veya mevcut eserlere istenmeyen benzerlikler icerebilir. Hizmet uzerinden YouTube'a yuklediginiz herhangi bir videonun yayincisisiniz ve sundan tek basiniza sorumlusunuz:
- Yayinlamadan once uretilen icerigi gozden gecirmek.
- YouTube veya yerel hukukun gerektirdigi aciklamalari eklemek (gerektiginde YouTube'un degistirilmis/sentetik icerik aciklamasi dahil).
- Stok medya icin gerekli atiflari eklemek (Pexels atfi aciklamalara otomatik olarak eklenir; bunu olduğu gibi tutmalisiniz).
- Videonun yayinlandigi yerlerin yururlukteki tum yasalarina uymak.
7. Fikri mulkiyet
Hizmet uzerinden urettiginiz icerigin sahipligi sizdedir. Bize, yalnizca Hizmeti saglamak icin gerekli oldugu kadariyla (ornegin: videoyu render etmek, YouTube'a yuklemek, size geri sunmak) icerigi barindirma, saklama, iletme, degistirme ve isleme konusunda dunya capinda, telifsiz, munhasir olmayan bir lisans verirsiniz. Bu lisans, icerigi Hizmetten silmeniz halinde sona erer.
Hizmetin kendisi, yazilim, prompt'lar ve gorsel kimligi dahil bize aittir. Bu Sartlarda izin verilen disinda Hizmeti kopyalamak, yeniden dagitmak veya tersine muhendislik yapmak icin lisans almazsiniz.
8. Ucuncu taraf hizmetleri
Hizmet, ucuncu taraf saglayicilara (Google, Cloudflare, Pexels, Brevo, ElevenLabs vb.) bagimlidir. Bunlarin kullanilabilirlik, fiyat ve sartlari degisebilir. Ucuncu taraf hizmetlerindeki kesintilerden veya degisikliklerden sorumlu degiliz. Hizmeti kullanarak bu saglayicilarin gecerli sartlarina (ozellikle YouTube Hizmet Sartlari ve Google API Services User Data Policy) uymayi da kabul edersiniz.
9. Feragatler
Hizmet "oldugu gibi" ve "mevcut oldugu gibi" sunulur. Yururlukteki yasalarin izin verdigi azami olcude, satilabilirlik, belirli bir amaca uygunluk ve ihlal etmeme dahil olmak uzere acik veya zimni tum garantilerden feragat ederiz. Hizmetin kesintisiz, hatasiz olacagini veya AI ciktilarinin dogru, ozgun veya belirli bir amaca uygun olacagini garanti etmiyoruz.
10. Sorumluluk siniri
Yururlukteki yasalarin izin verdigi azami olcude, Hizmetle ilgili veya Hizmetten kaynaklanan toplam sorumlulugumuz (a) talebe yol acan olaydan onceki on iki ay icinde bize odediginiz tutar veya (b) 50 USD'den buyuk olani ile sinirlidir. Kar kaybi, gelir kaybi, veri kaybi veya is kesintisi dahil olmak uzere dolayli, arizi, ozel, sonucsal veya cezai zararlardan sorumlu degiliz.
11. Tazminat
Hizmeti bu Sartlari veya yururlukteki yasalari ihlal ederek kullanmanizdan veya Hizmet uzerinden yayinladiginiz icerikten kaynaklanan herhangi bir ucuncu taraf talebine, kayba, sorumluluga veya masrafa (makul yasal ucretler dahil) karsi bizi savunmayi ve tazmin etmeyi kabul edersiniz.
12. Fesih
Hesabinizi istediginiz zaman feshedebilirsiniz. Bu Sartlarin ihlali, uzun sureli inaktivite veya Hizmeti size sunmaya devam etmenin yasal olmaktan cikmasi veya ticari olarak makul olmamasi durumunda hesaplari feshedebilir veya askiya alabiliriz. Fesih uzerine Hizmeti kullanma hakkiniz derhal sona erer; dogasi geregi devam etmesi gereken hukumler (FM, feragatler, sorumluluk, tazminat, gecerli hukuk) yururlukte kalir.
13. Bu Sartlardaki degisiklikler
Bu Sartlari guncelleyebiliriz. Ustteki "Yururluk tarihi" en son revizyonu yansitir. Onemli degisiklikler email ile bildirilir ve bu sayfada yururluge girmeden en az 14 gun once yayinlanir (yasanin daha kisa bir sure gerektirdigi durumlar haric).
14. Gecerli hukuk ve uyusmazliklar
Bu Sartlar, kanunlar ihtilaf kurallarina bakilmaksizin Turkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarina tabidir. Bu Sartlar veya Hizmetle ilgili veya bunlardan kaynaklanan her turlu uyusmazlik, zorunlu yerel tuketici koruma yasalarinin size ikamet ettiginiz ulkede dava acma hakki tanidigi durumlar haric, Istanbul Caglayan mahkemeleri ve icra dairelerinin munhasir yargi yetkisine tabidir.
